As someone helps you open the lid and you lie comfortably inside the Somadome, youll get to experience its four healing modalities: chromotherapy (color therapy), light therapy, microcrystalline tiles, and binaural beats.
It uses various colors to correct imbalances in the body. Color gives energy to your aura and correlates with your chakras. It can help with personal transformation and to strengthen your intuition.
There are five colors used here, each with its own purpose. For instance, white is for total healing while blue is for recharging.
Also, a 2021 study noted that using colored lights may be helpful in managing physical and emotional issues.
On the other hand, light therapy uses light-emitting diodes (LED)o help you relax.
